This Notice regulates the General Conditions of access and use of the website accessible through www.match-jewellery.com (further, the website), which MATCH (FZE) makes available to internet users.

The use of the website implies the complete acceptance included in this Notice. Therefore, it is user’s responsibility to read the current legal notice carefully every time when using the website, as the terms of use are subject to modifications on the judgement of the website's owner, or due to legal, judicial criterion or business practice changes.

The language used by the owner of this website is English. MATCH (FZE) cannot be held responsible for the user's misunderstanding or comprehension of the language of the website, nor for its consequences.

All intellectual property of the website belongs to MATCH (FZE) and cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, transformed. This applies for the whole content of the website, the parts of it as well as the copyrighted content of third parties.

MATCH (FZE) can modify the contents of the website without notice and is not responsible for the consequences that may cause to the users.

 3. PRICES & PAYMENTS

3.1. PRICES

Promo codes cannot be combined or used for already discounted items.

MATCH Jewellery reserves the right to modify its prices at any time as long as we guarantee to the buyer the application of the current price at the moment of the order confirmation. There is no compensation after the date of purchase.

The prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) are inclusive of 5% VAT for sales within the UAE.

3.2. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

MATCH Jewellery offers several payment methods to the customer. All those methods are secured encrypted. MATCH (FZE) cannot see, nor stock the customer's information.

The online payment methods offered are shown during the checkout process.
Those methods also ensure that no piece of information can be used by any disinterested party, as they are based on protected algorithms, transmitting encrypted information, so that it is only visible for bank entities.

 

 

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1. SHIPPING AREAS, METHODS & PRICES

  • Standard delivery within Dubai - FREE;

  • 1-2 hours within Dubai (via CareemBox) - as per CareemBox rate depending on your area;

  • Standard delivery to other Emirates (total purchase from 300 AED) - FREE;

  • Standard delivery to other Emirates (total purchase less than 300 AED) - 40 AED.

4.2. PREPARATION TIME

All orders are prepared within 24 hours after the order confirmation date. This preparation time can vary according to peak season. MATCH Jewellery Team has the responsibility to notify the customer about any changes.

Any order changes upon customer request cannot be guaranteed. However, the customer can contact our Customer Service team, who will do its best to accommodate the customer's request.

MATCH Jewellery cannot be held responsible for external factors which may delay or prevent a delivery, and which are not covered by our logistic partners.

4.3. SHIPPING & TRACKING

As soon as the order has been processed, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail with details of delivery day and time. Our manager will contact the customer via WhatsApp to confirm day, time and address of delivery.

 

 

5. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

MATCH Jewellery accepts returns and exchange shipments within 14 days of receival. Purchases must be returned with their original packaging and in prefect condition without any visible signs of use.

The items received in poor condition cannot be returned.

6. WARRANTY

All of our jewellery has a 14 days warranty starting from the delivery date of the order. Which includes any material and manufacturing defect. 

This warranty does not cover any physical, mechanical damage, as well as damage of coating level.

 

7. LIABILITY & JURISDICTION

Both the access to the website as well as the non-consent use that may be undertaken from the information in such website is the responsibility of the person doing it. MATCH (FZE) shall not be held responsible for any consequence, harm or damage that may result from this access or use of information. MATCH (FZE) shall not be held responsible for any security error, that may be produced nor the harm caused to the IT system of the user (hardware and software), or to any folders or documents in such computer, as a consequence of:

  • Presence of a virus in the user's computer used to access the services and content of the website.

  • Browser malfunction.

  • And/or outdated versions of it.

MATCH (FZE) will not be held responsible from the liability and speed of hyperlinks added in the website to direct to others. MATCH (FZE) does not guarantee the usability of those links, and will not be held responsible for the contents or services to which the user may access through these links, nor the functioning of these websites.

MATCH (FZE) will not be held responsible for the virus or other computer programs that damage or may damage the users' computer systems or equipment when accessing the website or other websites that may have been accessed from links in this website.
