MATCH Jewellery accepts returns and exchange shipments within 14 days of receival. Purchases must be returned with their original packaging and in prefect condition without any visible signs of use.

The items received in poor condition cannot be returned.

WHAT TO DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM?
Send us and e-mail on matchjwlry@gmail.com. Once your request was processed and accepted, we schedule the item pick up and exchange with the Courier. The additional costs are paid by the customer as cash to the Courier and will be mentioned in Exchange receipt.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Send us and e-mail on matchjwlry@gmail.com. Once your return has been received and accepted, your funds will be processed within

5 business days and refunded to the original payment method, less the delivery cost.
